With a Robot Mig Welder, robot spot welder, several pneumatic spot welders, Press brake, Pan brake, Sheet metal Guillotine, Several power presses, hydraulic bender, air operated mandrel tube bender and several other small electric & pneumatic machine power tools, Trimarant Manufacturing have the right machines to do the job properly. 

 

After we have made the product for you using the right machines, we then can finish the job off by zinc plating it either Bright, Yellow (Gold) or Black Zinc, in our own in-house Electroplating line.

 

If the job is 304 or 316 Stainless steel, we can finish the job off by Electropolishing it, in our own in-house Electropolishing line.
